IU Conferences will identify suitable residential housing and a meal plan for your summer program at no charge.

Residential housing

In some cases, there may be multiple housing options available.

Regardless of whether options are available, you will be provided with a quote identifying the charge per room per night based on either single or double occupancy.

The rate for student groups is based on providing the room with no linens included. If linens are included, an additional charge must be added to the quoted room rate. All adult housing rates include linens.

Meal plans

Meal service pricing is based on the number of meals included in the package and the type of food service provided.

You will receive a price quote from the Summer Programs residential manager after you have discussed the type of meal service you would like.
