IU Conferences is a campus resource available to faculty, staff, and administration of Indiana University. We also work with national and international associations with close ties to IU.
We have collaborated with conference organizers for over 60 years to produce conference experiences—locally, nationally, and internationally. Our events are worthwhile and memorable for participants, and academically, socially, and financially successful for conference organizers.

Our office is made up of administrators, conference managers, registration personnel, schedulers, and financial and accounting representatives. We also have personnel who focus primarily on arrangements for presenters and VIPs who are invited to participate in or present at conference events.
We assign a single conference manager to each event to assure your conference runs smoothly. Your manager is your single point of contact throughout the process—during the planning period, onsite at the conference, and when the event is over. We continue working with you until the final bills have been paid, income has been accounted for, and the comprehensive accounting statement has been completed.
Your conference event will be competently and courteously managed by our team of professional meeting organizers under the guidance of the manager assigned to your event.
